Service Provider Agreement

This agreement shall govern participation in the WebeServe program. By participating in the program, you will be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. The term ‘Service Provider’ shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement by submitting the program registration.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
WebeServe shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular applicant or for participation in the service.

REMOVAL FROM NETWORK
WebeServe reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Service Provider without reason or judges to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

Service Providers in violation of WebeServe’s Terms and Conditions will be immediately deactivated. WebeServe may deactivate Service Providers with no prior notification. Service Providers found in violation of the Terms and Conditions will not receive any credit or payment from WebeServe. Service Providers that are terminated by WebeServe on any basis other than violation of these Terms and Conditions will be entitled to receive any payment due from WebeServe.

SERVICE PROVIDER COMMISSIONS
The Service Provider commission paid out will be the one listed on the Service Providers page (http://www.commisionpage.com). If the commission rate is changed, it will only affect Service Providers with orders made after the new commission was announced. Multiple accounts are prohibited. You may also not partner with any other WebeServe user to share/transfer the commission made from your own account, or else both parties will be kicked from the service without payment.

PAYMENTS
WebeServe will typically make payments from the 1st to 15 of every month AND their account balance is equal to or greater than $20. All amounts are stated in and all payments will be made in US funds. We verify all deposits and might ask you to verify yours; If you refuse to send verification information via E-mail, Fax or Phone, we reserve the right to refund the deposit and terminate your account. WebeServe reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if the source of the funds is suspected to be fraudulent. Any funds received from an account having made a fraudulent deposit (e.g. stolen credit card) will be reversed immediately. If in a fraudulent payment situation a withdrawal has already been processed, you will be expected to return the funds to your WebeServe account or face account termination. WebeServe cannot be held liable for deposits reversed without its authorization due to reasons, including, but not limited to, fraud, charge-backs, or complaints. WebeServe reserves the right to earn interest from its service provider banks or others arising from the processing of payments.

MODIFICATIONS
WebeServe reserves the right to change the Service Provider Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the Service Provider’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time for such changes.

OWNERSHIP
Service Providers agree that all information contained on a website operated by WebeServe, and all information compiled by WebeServe through operation of the program, is the proprietary information of WebeServe. Personal information provided by members to WebeServe will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to any third party.

E-MAIL ADDRESSES
Service Providers agree not to post their e-mail address on the site, except in the “e-mail” field of the signup form, or when asked by WebeServe at any other time. There should be no need to give anyone your e-mail address. This does not only apply to e-mail addresses, but to all methods of communication, including phone, ICQ, AIM, MSN Messenger, etc… See “Avoiding Commissions” below for the reason.

When you register with WebeServe you agree to the following terms:

1- To receive regular emails notifying you with movements in your campaign. (In order not to receive emails you should disable all notification in WebeServe)
2- You will be registered automatically into our newsletter.
3- All your account information will be stored in the WebeServe database and files.
4- WebeServe have the right to stop, suspend, remove any account without notice.
